As the inmates begin to transform into terrifying beasts, the place of captivity is engulfed in chaos. Struggling to survive, Jacob must break through to a safe haven in order to escape the facility, discovering in the process the grim and awe-inspiring secrets hidden beneath the surface of Kallisto. Jacob, uniquely combining firefighting with confined space combat, will have to alter his tactics as he faces creatures subject to rapid evolution.
